Beasiswa: 100 International Scholarships to Study in UK 2009/10

Good news for international students who are permanently resident in non-EU country, there are over 100 scholarships available in 2009/10 programs. These scholarships will be to the value of 25% of the programme tuition fee and that value will be credited to the student’s tuition fee account.

The Loughborough University Scholarships will be awarded on the basis of outstanding academic achievement and potential. Each scholarship will be of 1 year’s duration.
Applicants with exceptional qualifications may be offered a scholarship with their offer of a place.

Applicants to the following Departments will AUTOMATICALLY be considered for a scholarship - provided the initial application is complete and contains all the relevant information (degree transcripts, references etc.). For these Departments there is no separate scholarship application process.

The IMD Scholarship Foundation is pleased to announce a new IMD MBA scholarship that will be awarded to support an individual coming from an emerging country and who works either as a social entrepreneur or for an NGO. Beasiswa S1: 54 undergraduate scholarships at The University of Glasgow

University of Glasgow - International Undergraduate Scholarships

Information: The University of Glasgow will award a total of 54 undergraduate scholarships of up to £12,000 each for international (non-eu) students starting a degree programme in September 2009 in the following faculties:

* Arts - 10 scholarships;
* Engineering - 24 scholarships;
* Biomedical & Life Sciences - 10 scholarships;
* Information & Mathematical
Sciences - 10 scholarships;

Value: The successful applicants will receive a scholarship of up to £3,000 per annum as a tuition fee deduction.

Eligibility: Applicants must achieve a minimum of A-level grades AAB or the international equivalent and hold the University of Glasgow as their firm choice through the UCAS system. This is a joint-honours degree programme with the world-renowned Manchester Business School
, where both disciplines are given equal weight. It develops not only your mathematical and statistical skills, but also explores the managerial context in which these skills can be effectively deployed.

Scholarships and Bursaries
The School of Mathematics offers a generous range of scholarships for both home and overseas applicants.
For students paying fees at the overseas rate, there are International Mathematics Scholarships worth £2,000 for each year of study for all those who satisfy the mathematical component of their entrance requirement. There are also up to ten International Mathematical Excellence Scholarships for international applicants who have demonstrated overall academic excellence; these awards, which replace those above, are worth £4,000 for each year of study. Five of these awards are specifically for applicants from Africa, China, India, Pakistan and Malaysia

“Concern for Social Responsibility” is one of the four principles long upheld by the Siam Cement Group (SCG) in doing business. Over the last 40 years, SCG Foundation was established to carry out activities dedicated to social contribution, human resources development especially of children and youth, creating sustainable benefits for all the communities and countries where SCG operates.
