Beasiswa Sarjana The Robert B. Bailey Scholarship

The Robert B. Bailey Scholarship is intended to promote participation in the International Study Programs CIEE individuals or members of groups that have been traditionally under-represented in study abroad, especially students from ethnic minorities. Applicants are asked to specify the group to which they belong and which they consider to be under-represented in study abroad.

These awards are named in honor of Robert B. Bailey III, a former member of the CIEE Board and professor of sociology and director of studies abroad at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.

Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following criteria:

* The applicant must participate in a study program abroad EISC
* The applicant must self-identify, in the Declaration of scholarships personal, as belonging to a sub-group

Selection
Applicants are evaluated on the basis of information provided in the request for a scholarship and fellowships test application form and financial information, financial need, academic performance, and application of the curriculum. Under the scholarship essay, students should identify the group to which they belong and believe to be under-represented in study abroad. Students must also explain how membership on that factored into the decision to choose the program and / or destination of study. In addition, the scholarship test should explain how, as a member of a subgroup, the applicant plans to incorporate international experience in future academics, community, professional, and extra-curricular activities.

Awards
The awards vary but are usually made in the amount of $ 500. The award will be implemented at the request of the CIEE program fee.

Beasiswa Master of Business Administration (MBA) Scholarships

UK - The Aberdeen Business School is able to offer a limited number of scholarships to assist exceptionally able students who wish to undertake its International MBA programme on a full-time or online basis.

Full-time MBA

Scholarships range from ‘Full’ fee Scholarships to ‘Overseas’ Scholarships. The numbers of Scholarships awarded varies from region to region.


Online MBA (eMBA)



Scholarships range from £500 to £3,000 and are open to all applicants.


The scholarships take the form of a reduction in the normal tuition fees by a specified amount. Successful applicants will be responsible for paying the balance of their tuition fees, and for all their other travel and living expenses.


Criteria for the award of scholarships



All applicants must meet the normal admission criteria for the MBA programme. These comprise the Robert Gordon University’s admission requirement for all postgraduate courses:



  • A good degree from a recognised university, and

  • for international students, evidence of proficiency in the English language.

  • Have a minimum age of 25 years


In addition, to meet the requirements of the University’s AMBA accredited MBA programme, applicants must have had at least 3 years business or professional experience since graduating.

Beasiswa Master S2 di National University of Singapore

Master in Public Policy (MPP) Programme provides a strong foundation in conceptual and analytical skills for future public service leaders and individuals with an interest in understanding and influencing how public policy choices are made.

Master in Public Policy (MPP) students benefit from the School’s growing network of exchange arrangements of up to 1 year with public policy schools worldwide. The School also conducts an active programme of seminars and public lectures by political, not-for-profit and business leaders to enable all students to complement their formal learning with the opportunity to interact with distinguished individuals who are shaping the future.

Master in Public Policy (MPP) Programme Requirements:
The minimum candidature period for the MPP is 18 months and the maximum is 3 years. Within that time, you must earn at least 72 graduate-level modular credits (MCs) by completing at least 16 modules, comprising 7 core modules (28 MCs) and 9 electives (36 MCs), plus a Policy Analysis Exercise (8 MCs). Most MPP students read 4 modules per semester and complete the requirements in 4 semesters spanning 2 years. You may apply to read electives (up to 12 MCs) taught in other programmes within NUS. You may read a maximum of 5 modules per semester.

To graduate with the Master in Public Policy (MPP), you must obtain a CAP of at least 3.0 for 72 graduate-level MCs, including the MCs for the 7 core modules and the Policy Analysis Exercise.

The application deadline for applicants applying for scholarships or grants is 31 January 2008. For applicants not seeking financial assistance, the application deadline is 31 May 2008.

MSc Scholarships in Computer Science - University of Bristol

University of Bristol The departments of Computer Science and Electrical and Electronic Engineering have four scholarships for study on our MSc course in Advanced Microelectronic Systems Engineering in both 2007-2008 and 2008-2009. The scholarships will cover tuition fees at the home fee rate and a stipend to cover living expenses. General Cultural Scholarship Scheme(GCSS) from Government of India

Master’s Program with the University’s President Scholarship 2008

Master`s in the science programme Sustainability is a new international master` s program to train international-minded professionals who can help create a sustainable society. All lectures and practical courses will be conducted in English, and those who complete the program are presented with a Master of Science durability.

This program will begin in October 2007 as a programme of the cross-section between five departments of the Institute of Environmental Studies, Graduate School of Frontier Sciences, The University of Tokyo, also supported by cross for Global Sustainability Initiative (TIGS), the University of Tokyo and Integrated Research System for Sustainability Science (IR3S)
This program will provide students with basic knowledge and concepts needed to build a sustainable society and includes a unique curriculum that focuses on exercises that will enable them to master a variety of skills.

Students from different cultural backgrounds and specialisations think seriously about the issues relating to sustainability through exercises and projects and to acquire practical knowledge and skills intellectually stimulating one another. Admissions Essentially, there are two ways for admission to the Master `s Science Program in Sustainability (MPSS):

1. an international admission for international applicants (those without Japanese nationality) through a screening of application materials so that students from abroad may participate
2. an entrance examination held in August in Kashiwa Japan

Eligibility

All of the following items must be satisfied;

1. Applicants for MPSS must hold a degree from an accredited institution comparable to the bachelor degree offered at the University of Tokyo, or are expected to obtain such a degree by March 31, 2008.
2. Those who do not hold a Japanese nationality, and currently do not live in Japan.
3. In good health
4. Applicants must not have been expelled from Japan in the past.
5. Applicants should agree to enter the program principally between April 1st and 7th, 2008, when accepted.
6. Applicants must not be awardees of scholarship sponsored by other facilities, such as Japanese Goverment, a private cooperation or your own government, etc.
7. Applicants are not allowed to apply for 2008 MPSS with other scholarship nor any other 2008 master’s programs at Graduate School of Frontier Sciences.

Beasiswa Malaysian International Scholarship

Malaysian International Scholarship for Postgraduate Studies in Malaysia

Malaysian International Scholarship for postgraduate study provides opportunities for students from countries with diplomatic relations and bilateral cooperation with Malaysia to pursue higher education in Malaysia. The purpose of this award is to promote bilateral arrangement with the partner countries on the basis of government-to-government, and to encourage students from other countries to study in Malaysia with a view to facilitating future collaboration and exchange of researchers in the strengthening educational cooperation between Malaysia and partner countries.
Malaysian International Scholarship for graduate studies are available for postgraduate studies at the master’s and doctoral defensible in Malaysian universities. The duration of the award 36 months for a doctorate, and between 12 to 24 months for the master’s degree program.

ELIGIBILITY
The scholarship is open equally to qualified candidate up to 40 years of age at the time of application. Candidates should at the time of application, obtain a degree or equivalent qualification with at least upper second class honours, (or CGPA 3.0) for Master’s programme; and hold a Master’s degree with good grades for PhD programme.

The candidates must demonstrate outstanding verbal, reading and writing proficiency in the English language through one of the following:

* Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or
* Test administered by the International English Language Testing Service (IELTS).

If deemed necessary, applicants may also be required to attend an interview and/or take an entrance test or English Test conducted by the Ministry of Higher Education or the Board of Admissions of the particular university.

Applicants must be in good health, both physically and mentally.

APPLICATION TO THE UNIVERSITY
University’s application for admission is solely the candidate’s responsibility. Proof of admission is not a pre-requisite to the award. Selection committee for Malaysian International Scholarship will only consider qualified applicants with outstanding academic achievement and professional performance. Interested applicants are advised to apply before the beginning of the academic year which falls on the month of July for most of Malaysian university. The scholarship awarded does not guarantee a placement in the university. Admission to any program is by way of applications to the university. Applications must abide to the requirement and procedure for admission set by the university.

VALUE OF AWARDS
Each scholarship consists of:

* a return air tickets from recipient’s capital city to Malaysia;
* an approved tuition fees by the respective university;
* a maintenance allowance at the rate of RM1,000.00 per month;
* a yearly grant for books and internal travel;
* thesis allowance, installation and termination grant.

No marriage/family allowance for accompanying spouse or children.
