The Business School Dean’s ASEAN Scholarship
September 2014 and January 2015 entry
This scholarship is offered to students who have applied to study a full-time Taught Masters at the Business School on BU campus.
Who is eligible to apply for this scholarship?
Students resident in all ASEAN nations (Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Myanmar, Cambodia, Lao PDR and Brunei Darussalam) at the time of application who are classified as ‘overseas’ for fee purposes are eligible to apply.
To which courses does this scholarship apply?
All Taught Masters at the Business School.
How much is the scholarship worth?
50% or 25% fee reduction.
How is this scholarship paid?
Tuition fee waiver (50% or 25%).
What are the criteria for this scholarship?
An outstanding academic profile, relevant to your course, as follows:
Upper second-class honours (2i) classification plus a fully completed scholarship application form outlining why you should be considered for this scholarship
Excludes BU International College students studying for a Pre-Masters
Please contact our International Admissions Team if you require clarification about equivalent level overseas qualifications.
Other information about this scholarship
Recipients of this scholarship cannot be in receipt of any other BU scholarship
Financial need will not be taken into consideration.

The deadline for September 2014 entry applications is 31 May 2014.
The deadline for January 2015 entry applications is 18 November 2014.
You can apply at the same time or after you have submitted your course application form.
When will I hear if I have been successful?
Successful applicants will normally be informed within one month of the deadline. Your award will not be formally approved until you hold an unconditional firm offer.
